All products undergo a final quality inspection prior to shipment to ensure compliance with specifications and performance standards.
Customers are responsible for inspecting all shipments immediately upon receipt. Any shortages, damages, or defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to report issues within this timeframe may affect eligibility for return or replacement.
If damage is visible upon delivery, it must be noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing. For concealed damage, customers must notify both the carrier and our office immediately. Retain all packaging materials for inspection.
Returns require prior authorization and must be approved before any product is sent back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Approved returns must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition unless otherwise agreed upon in writing
Once a return is approved and the product is inspected, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or credit, at our discretion.
Custom or built-to-order items are non-returnable, unless the product is found to be defective or does not meet the agreed specifications.
